Natalie Ward

Natalie (she/her) is a vocalist, pianist, and educator originally from Minnetonka, MN. Her love for music started at a very young age, and began learning to play the piano from her mom. We still enjoy entertaining our family and with lively duet improvisation!

Throughout her life, she has been actively involved in the arts, taking piano, voice, and guitar lessons throughout childhood, singing in many choirs, a bit of musical theater, opera choruses here and there, and studying music performance at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Today, she sings in the soprano section of Magnum Chorum, and serves as the soprano section leader at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Excelsior.

After seven combined years of teaching English abroad and Spanish Immersion in Minneapolis, she transitioned to working in HR during the day. Natalie’s passion lies in education and music, and she strongly believes in the positive impact music has on people of all ages. She is eager to teach voice and piano lessons to learners at Blue Tree!

Natalie lives in South Minneapolis with her husband, stepkids, and their dog and cat. Outside of work and music, she enjoys working in the garden, reading historical fiction, camping in the boundary waters, and traveling internationally!

Natalie teaches voice and currently has slots available!
